ETHOMIS Community Guidelines

Welcome to the ETHOMIS community — a safe, inspiring space for “True Souls”, people who have exordinary spiritual and life experiences. These Community Guidelines apply to all areas of the app, including live video rooms, live audio rooms, posts, images, videos, comments, and profiles. By using ETHOMIS, you agree to follow these rules to help keep the platform safe and positive for everyone.

1. Be Respectful

  • Treat everyone with kindness, dignity, and respect.

  • Disagree respectfully — harassment, bullying, trolling, or personal attacks will not be tolerated.

  • Respect others’ boundaries, identities, and lived experiences.

2. No Hate Speech or Discrimination

  • Do not post, share, or promote content that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, or body type.

  • Slurs, stereotypes, or calls for violence will result in immediate action.

3. No Sexual or Explicit Content

  • Nudity, sexually explicit imagery, sexual acts, or adult content are strictly prohibited.

  • No sexually suggestive content involving minors or discussions that sexualize children. Violations will be reported to law enforcement.

4. Keep It Safe

  • No threats, encouragement of self-harm, suicide, or violence.

  • No promotion or glorification of eating disorders, drug abuse, or harmful behavior.

  • If someone is in danger, report it immediately using in-app tools.

5. No Exploitation or Scams

  • Do not impersonate others, mislead, or scam the community.

  • No spam, multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes, or fake giveaways.

  • Do not manipulate or trick users into giving you money or gifts.

6. Respect Privacy

  • Do not share private or confidential information without consent.

  • No doxxing (publishing personal information such as addresses, phone numbers, etc.).

  • Screenshots and screen recordings of private rooms or content without consent are not allowed.

7. No Harmful Misinformation

  • Do not share misleading health advice, conspiracy theories, or false claims that could cause harm.

  • We support open dialogue but will remove content that endangers public safety or targets vulnerable groups.

8. Respect Intellectual Property

  • Only share content you created or have permission to share.

  • Do not upload copyrighted music, videos, or artwork without rights.

  • Report suspected copyright violations via help@ethomis.com.

9. Use Live Rooms Responsibly

Live Video & Audio Rooms must not include:

  • Harassment or verbal abuse

  • Unmoderated sexual or graphic conversations

  • Broadcasting of copyrighted content (e.g., music, shows)

  • Encouragement of illegal activity

  • Unsafe stunts or content endangering viewers or participants

Hosts are responsible for moderating their own rooms and may be held accountable for violations.

10. One Account Per Person

  • Do not create multiple accounts to evade bans or manipulate features.

  • Fake engagement (e.g., buying followers, likes, or coins) is prohibited.

11. Report Violations

  • Use the in-app reporting tools to report abuse, harassment, or violations.

  • Reports are confidential and help keep the community safe.

12. Enforcement

  • Violations of these rules may result in:

    • Content removal

    • Temporary or permanent bans

    • Revocation of features or privileges

    • Referral to law enforcement (in severe cases)

ETHOMIS reserves the right to moderate, remove, or restrict access at its sole discretion to protect users and uphold these rules.
